CHIP STATES

• Folded: Moves diagonally forward one square
• Unfolded (Flag): Moves orthogonally any distance

ACTIONS (Choose One Per Turn)

• Move a chip according to its state
• Unfold a chip (becomes a flag)
• Fold a chip (flag becomes folded)

Cannot capture on same turn as state change

VICTORY CONDITIONS (Any One)

• Territorial: 3 unfolded flags on opponent's back row
• Dominance: Capture all but 3 of opponent's chips
• Stalemate: Opponent has no legal moves
